ABOUT JUNBO

Junbo Qiu is a Chinese writer-director based in London. His films explore humanity through imaginative storytelling, often blending speculative concepts with emotional intimacy. He earned his BA from the Beijing Film Academy and his MA in Directing Fiction from the National Film and Television School in the UK.

His work has screened at Academy Award– and BAFTA-qualifying festivals, and his sci-fi short Zeroth Law was broadcast on China Central Television Movie Channel (CCTV-6).
